Job Description


Sabre is looking for an experienced Content Manager to join our Global Sales Enablement Team! You will be based in one of our major centers in Krakow, Poland or Montevideo, Uruguay - reporting to a manager based in the UK. You will be an integral part of a commercial team with colleagues across The Americas, EMEA and APAC.  It’s a dynamic and fast-paced environment in which you will play a key role in shaping and driving the content our commercial teams use every day. These include Playbooks, training material, website articles and bitesize content. This is an exciting role as you will be involved in creating new and keeping existing content fresh. You will also support the Sales Enablement team by reporting on training programs. Working closely with our Instructional Design team you will become an expert in the administration of our Learning Management System.

Job Responsibilities

• Create impactful content that resonates with sales teams
• Get creative developing fun programs to engage our teams
• Work across different aspects of the Sabre business including Agency, LGS and Airline sales projects
• Get skilled with technology such as learning and content management system
• Help teams deliver results by reporting on our enablement projects
• Deliver enablement projects of your own (in time)

In this role you will gain a wide understanding of the Travel ecosystem. Working across many parts of our business means you will learn a great deal about travel technology and sales enablement.

Job Requirements


Must Have Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree (Communications, Learning and Development, Marketing) or equivalent
• Hands on experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, SharePoint) and/or Learning Management Systems (e.g., Litmos/Moodle)
• Ability to make complex content easy to understand using plain English
• Experience using Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with Microsoft SharePoint
• An understanding of Adult Learning Principals
• Project Management experience
• Experience in the technology and/or travel sector is a plus, but not mandatory.
