Job Description

 

The BRIM Trainer creates documentation/procedures and delivers new BRIM process content in the form of classroom led, online and recorded training formats for BRIM, including all areas of BRIM business users, including Hospitality Solutions, Lodging Ground and Sea, Airline Distribution, TS Agencies and Airline IT, Collections and Finance. This role works under general supervision.

 

Trainers are responsible for the following:

 

  • Responsible for conducting moderately complex technical training courses for employees in the use of SAP/BRIM.  
  • Interfaces with customer and functional organizations to develop specifications for content of training with subject matter experts in order to maintain training courses for onsite classroom format or online.
  • Delivers classroom led, online or recorded training programs for SAP BRIM users.  
  • Serves as a liaison with departments or individuals to ensure existing training programs meet and/or exceed customer needs
  • May be required to provide on-site training at various Sabre locations. 
  • Revisions of training documentation, modules and training database. 
  • Coordination of version releases into the training environment and contents of training documentation. 
  • Create and Deliver Presentations
  • Creation of on line content using Captivate.
  • Administer assessments and evaluate trainee progress.
  • Participate in regularly-scheduled team and regional meetings/calls as an advocate of the training offering.
  • Act as an agent of innovation by injecting creativity into existing and new initiatives

 

Job Requirements

 

EDUCATION: Bachelor Degree or equivalent Sabre Business experience. 

EXPERIENCE: Minimum 3 years of experience working with SAP. Minimum 3 years training experience. Advanced SAP procedure knowledge training for Hospitality Solutions, Lodging Ground and Sea, Airline Distribution, TS Agencies and Airline IT, Collections and Finance.. Excellent written and verbal communication in English; ability to handle multiple projects, flexible schedule, able to travel, strong organizational skills to manage different tasks simultaneously. Self starter. Pedagogical approach and teaching and training skills is a must.

LANGUAGES: Fluent written and spoken English and 2nd language would be preferred
