Job Description


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develops solutions by studying functional requirements analysis and information needs
  • Design, develop and maintain internal business solutions using Sharepoint and/or Microsoft Power Platform
  • Debug, test and deploy SharePoint, PowerApps and Power Automate solutions
  • Demonstrates solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts and diagrams 
  • Implement custom solutions that leverage various Office 365 services
  • Protect sensitive information by keeping information confidential
  • Actively participate in design reviews by providing creative and practical ideas and solutions in a teamwork environment
  • Assists in the development of estimates for projects
  • Contributes to defining timelines and project plans
  • Assists in the definition of milestones and progress tracking related to the implementation of solutions
  • Contributes to the technology strategy, vision, requirements, and solutions for enterprise initiatives.


Job Requirements

  • Excellent English  written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience working in a team-oriented, highly collaborative environment.


'Must have' experience:


  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in SharePoint Online development, design and integration 
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in designing, developing and integrating business solutions with Microsoft’s Power Platform suite
  • Strong hands-on experience with PowerApps and integration with Power Automate (MS Flow).  SharePoint Online and Microsoft 0365 applications
  • Experience in C#, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, REST 
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge and experience
  • Ability to execute project management activities related to the creation of automation tools, including design, planning, development, testing and rollout)
  • Ability to design user-friendly and effective solutions based on spoken and written business requirements
  • Ability to serve as teacher and mentor in Microsoft Tools development.


'Nice to have' skills:


  • Microsoft Certified: Microsoft Power Platform Developer Associate / Microsoft Certified: Power Apps + Dynamics 365 Developer Associate
  • Ability to think strategically, seeing the big picture design as opposed to being an order-taker
  • Programming and/or data modeling background in any language
  • Experience with QlikSense and QVD development is a plus
  • Experience with MS Teams
