Job Description

 

Responsible for proactive communication to Sabre Agency customers in the Latin America region. 

The Campaign Marketing Team is responsible for generating their own agenda of events including email campaigns and customer webinars for Sabre and non-Sabre customers. In addition, supports the Sales Team with miscellaneous ad hoc requests including communication of specific products, changes to existing process, translation of Marketing communications, etc. 

Acting as liaison between Sales and Marketing, championing customer needs with Product Marketing and communicating Marketing developments to Sales. Provides valuable insights to Sales to deliver on the business strategies. Develop impactful communications for a large audience.  

This internal-facing position is based in Latin America as part of the Regional Commercial Team within Travel Solutions Commercial Organization. Ability to build relationships with internal customer, sales team, and communicate with all levels is critical to the candidate’s success.

Seeking a proactive and commercially focused communications professional to support the implementation of scalable strategies that provide the sales team with the right content through the right channels at the right time. Requires cross-functional collaboration across geographies to ensure readiness outputs support the sales objectives. 

 

Responsibilities:

Manage sales communication channel across a large audience 4500+ customers and 40+ countries:

  • Moderate engaging webinars while handling live audience questions and conducting polling questions via WebEx or Teams
  • Execute email plans including incident communications that may fall outside of normal working hours 
  • Validate and standardize content focused on how to sell while providing a holistic experience for the user on self-service resources
  • Prioritize topics by go-to-market process and relevant Sabre priorities and industry news
  • Regular cadence of performance reports to make data-driven decisions on optimization

    

  • Content creation that simplifies the complex and ability to customize by channel (presentation vs self-read materials) while staying on message
  • Analytical skills and thorough understanding of sales enablement best practices are needed for quality planning, establishing readiness KPIs, execution and reporting out on success metrics
  • Effectively manage multiple, high-profile projects while staying in tune with changing business needs

 

Job Requirements

  • Proven communication expertise, including written, verbal and presentation
  • Excellent relationship building skills
  • Successful in marketing and/or sales enablement role demonstrating go-getter work ethic
  • Ability to work both entrepreneurially and as part of a team as circumstance dictates
  • Conceptual thinker and ability to articulate vision with awareness of current/coming sales enablement trends
  • Experience with content management (SharePoint) and/or CRM (SFDC) technology platforms
  • Multilingual (English, Spanish and Portuguese)/ multicultural skills, travel industry and/or a technology background are a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree on communication, marketing, design or equivalent experience


Other:

EXPERIENCE: 5 years’ experience with a proven track record in travel industry, managing proactive communications, advertising promotions, content knowledge, learning activities, sales, or sales contests. 
Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. A thorough understanding of travel agency workflow and basic technical understanding of Sabre product offerings preferred.
Project management experience a plus as well as Marketing experience. 
Solid CRM knowledge and/or pipeline management a plus.
