Job Description

 

The purpose of the QA specialist is to identify weaknesses and take the necessary actions to drive improvement as well as inspecting completed work and providing feedback to the agents in order to maximize revenue opportunities and a high standard customer experience. The Sr Quality Control PM owns the prevention of quality problems through planned and systematic activities including, work inspection, documentation update and establishing a proper quality management system
 
The QA program also intends for the QA specialist to identify areas where often mistakes occur and design processes that can be automated. This will eliminate the errors in first place by finding & eliminating sources of frequent and systematic errors so that customer's requirements are continually met. QA will also actively participate in group discussions being responsible for pushing for the execution of specific transformation project initiatives.
 
QA specialist will work alongside with Leadership to share feedback on performance metrics and evolution of quality KPI to support with team members professional growth and improvement opportunities. The QA specialist will also work very close to the trainer identifying gaps and planning for the operation training needs. Improve efficiencies by evaluating and reengineering processes.
 
Based on the team’s QA results the supervisors will periodically lead calibration forums to discuss actionable items to increase accuracy, process reengineering and efficiency building.
 
The QA program also requires Newsletter creation that contain common critical errors and quick tips to avoid error recurrence in order to educate the team on best practices. Prepare and deliver reports which addresses the Quality Program KPI evolution.

Job Requirements

 

 

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in OTA/GDS Distribution Services. 
  • Proficiency in Salesforce
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite or equivalent
  • Medium-high to advanced Excel skills
  • Manage Teams Applications (Forms) 
  • Good understanding of quality assurance concepts.
  • Excellent organizational and communications skills, oral and written
  • Attention to detail and dedication to excellence
  • Has good analytical skills, is detail oriented, interacts well with others
  • Problem-solving.
