Job Description

The Sales Compensation Analyst will assist the Sales Compensation team in the administration of the sales incentive programs. The role will also provide support and coverage on a variety of compensation related tasks and projects. The position requires an individual with a keen eye for detail who can deliver in a fast-paced, demanding environment. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, a problem solver with an interest in continuous improvement and desire to grow their compensation knowledge. The opportunity will help shape how we build and improve our global sales Incentive programs.

 

Main Responsibilities

 

  • Update and distribute plan documents to team members.
  • Manage Sales email inboxes and direct to appropriate team member for response.
  • Pull reports from sales systems or dashboards monthly, quarterly, or annually for incentive calculations.
  • Prepare and deliver commission statements for all global sales employees; build process to streamline this responsibility.
  • Partner with payroll for incentive payment processing.
  • Ensure internal tools, resources and communications are up to date.
  • Provide operational and transactional support to compensation processes.
  • Audit sales team members data 
  • Provide excellent customer service to employees, management, and collaborators.
  • May participate in special Sales Operations projects on an ad hoc basis.

Job Requirements

Must have:

  • 1+ years of progressive experience in Sales Operations, HR, Finance, Accounting, or other related fields with a preference for experience in Sales Incentive plan administration.
  • Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or similar field or equivalent experience.
  • Intermediate Excel, Outlook, and Adobe skills.
  • Interest in increasing knowledge of Sales Incentive administration or Sales operations and building relevant skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with excellent organizational skills.
  • Capacity to adapt to shifting priorities and be a collaborative team player.
  • Acurate understanding of confidentiality and access to sensitive information.

 

Nice to have:

  • Prior Sales Compensation experience at a SaaS tech company is a plus.
  • Advanced Excel skills is a plus.
  • Alteryx skills is a plus.
  • Experience using Salesforce is highly preferred.
