Job Description

A Service Line Leader that works with Offering Management to design, develop, implement and deliver Sabre services for the travel industry.

Reporting to the Service Line’s Director/VP, this position with global coverage would have the following responsibilities :


⦁    Maintain and report Service Line leads, opportunities and deals up to VP-level.
⦁    Manage Care specific service and revenue pipelines and host regular meetings within Care and Offering Management.
⦁    Coordinate Care internal efforts in service design and delivery with Care management.
⦁    Closely collaborate with Offering Manager to identify and prioritize new market opportunities.
⦁    Closely collaborate with Offering Manager and subject matter experts in designing, developing, standardizing, implementing and delivering new services.
⦁    Lead meetings and/or cross-functional working groups to achieve critical milestones of service design, development, implementation and delivery.
⦁    Act as the voice and advocate of the Service Line within PSCS, Product Management, Sales & Account Teams.
⦁    Support other teams to prepare RFI, RFQ or RFP requests as needed.
⦁    Engage customers along with the Sales and Service Executives as needed.
⦁    Requires a high degree of technical understanding of the relevant Service Line as well as strong coordination skills.
 

Job Requirements

Qualifications:


⦁    10+ years experience in technology or product consulting / implementation / Care.
⦁    Experience in launching products and/or service offerings for Enterprise B2B software (SaaS/Cloud/CRM) preferred.
⦁    Good Strategic & analytical thinking capability along with organizational skills are required.
⦁    Thought leader with strong PowerPoint/presentation skills and experience in working with and presenting to senior executives.
⦁    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
⦁    Has interacted with senior management. Requires the ability to change the thinking of or gain acceptance from other team members in sensitive situations without damage to the relationships. 
⦁    Proven track record of leadership and high performance. Exposure to the travel domain from a technology standpoint a big plus.
