Job Description


A term contract role that specifically supports Sabre’s non-Enterprise Accounts with respect to their GDS Media requirements in order to drive more bookings through the Sabre GDS.    



  • Working directly with the Sales & Account Managers plus Business Development Managers responsible for the non-Enterprise Accounts fulfilling campaign requirements.
  • Manages the daily operation of advertising production, overseeing ad uploads and inventory control for the account.
  • Ensure the effective exchange of information and assets among all relevant parties to achieve accurate and timely posting of ad banners.
  • Performs quality assurance checks on ad materials to ensure that content is ready for upload on the server.
  • Follows up to ensure timely uploading and operation of ads. Uploads ads and troubleshoots upload problems.
  • Maintains ongoing liaison with advertisers, traffic departments of ad agencies, the ad sales team and web hosting departments to ensure smooth ad placement and the resolution of issues with posted ads.
  • Shares management of the shared Media email box.
  • Works toward mutual goals and objectives.
  • Regular communication with customers and other SHS teams.
  • Provides cover where required during vacations, sickness etc. of other team members.



Job Requirements


  • Advanced written and spoken English
  • Customer Service Experience
  • Knowledge of digital advertising
  • Advanced computer software skills. Basic knowledge of HTML5, plus Sabre GDS, Salesforce, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and MS Excel
