Sabre is looking to hire a Manager to lead our Montevideo based Talent Acquisition team!  In addition to recruiting great talent, this experienced Manager will have the exciting opportunity of creating and aligning global hiring strategies, extending our employer branding efforts into Latin America and more!

Essential duties:

  • Lead, coach and develop a team of recruiters to meet the hiring needs of our Talent Acquisition team
  • Full lifecycle recruiting for various roles to include sourcing, scheduling, screening, administering technical & language assessments, creating and extending offers and more
  • Partner with local HR business partners on recruiting strategy, headcount, internal moves and country specific hiring processes
  • Lead recruiting strategy in order to deliver ideal talent to meet hiring needs
  • Professional networking and talent community outreach to foster creative sourcing solutions
  • Collaborate with global Talent Acquisition teams on process improvement projects

A successful candidate will have:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience working within the recruiting function to include sourcing and selecting talent.  Experience recruiting for technical roles is a plus. 
  • Bachelor’s degree highly preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of experience managing a team
  • Successful relationships partnering with HR teams
  • Understanding of hiring processes unique to Latin America
  • Strong influential skills to guide teams to make ideal hiring decisions
  • Self-starter, takes direction well and passion for the technology & travel industries
  • Ability to work autonomously in a virtual work environment for a limited time
  • Experience using an ATS, SuccessFactors or Workday familiarity is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an advanced level in English
  • Good multi-tasking and organizational skills
