Job Description

Leads a team responsible for the installation and client acceptance of capitalized equipment, enterprise software system, system integration project or engagement. Mentors less experienced team members. Provides on-site day-to-day activities between client and company personnel. Ensures customer satisfaction of information technology solutions by managing the details of overall project schedules and deliverables. Typically uses more project management skills than technical skills. Services may be provided on a fee-for-service basis or be included as part of the purchase price for company products. Plans and manages schedules and budgets. Monitors the project from initiation through delivery. Organizes the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget constraints. Develops and manages the project plan, including the scope, development/delivery schedule, resource requirements and integration efforts. Develops and manages a communication plan to include content, frequency, audience and channels. Works with management staff to establish appropriate project structure, staffing plans and participates in the staffing process. May act as lead interfaces with the customer, internal or external, regarding project deliverables. Motivates and directs project team, sets goals, objectives, priorities, assigns/reviews work and resolves conflict. May provide input on performance against deliverables. Manages resource additions and deletions over the life of the project. Ensures that approved methods, processes and tools are consistently used, including change, issue, risk and quality management. Determines methods and procedures on new assignments and provides guidance to other personnel.

Job Requirements


5+ years of related industry experience in handling technical programs 

Required Experience

Excellent analytical and problem solving skills. 
Experience working with Agile development methodologies and Test Driven Development 
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal. 
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously. 
Must be a good team player, be able to assist junior team members. 
Program management experience - 7+ years
Good communication skills
Good at risk and dependency management 
Preferably worked on cross functional programs / projects
Efficient in software development methodologies
Scrum and Agile process
Need to work with stakeholders across organization. Should have ability to influence stakeholders.
Flair for data analysis, interpreting metrics
Good problem solving skills
Preferably with some background on Rally
Efficient in Excel ( Formulas, dashboard creations, charts)
