Job Description


Under general supervision, works as liaison between Product and PSCS support teams. Responsible for definition and delivery of moderately complex specific products or product lines based upon BU priority and roadmap. Works on moderate to large projects during definition, development, and delivery. Provides general knowledge and functional support during all phases of the product life cycle from definition and delivery to market management. Utilizes knowledge of technical and business drivers to define quality products that meet the needs of customers while maintaining architectural integrity and low cost. Works with Marketing, developers, and architects to define new products or enhancements to existing products. Works closely with Marketing to define product definition requiring detailed knowledge of products, systems, and customer business processes. May assist in managing development budget in coordination with Marketing. Coordinate delivery of functional requirements, user/training documentation and customer support plans. Performs quality assurance testing to ensure products meet market requirements and ensures impact to support teams is minimized. Conducts product demonstrations for internal and external customers. Supports PSCS customer questions, beta, and usability testing. Develops product implementation and customer support plans consistent with Product Marketing launch. 

Job Requirements


  • 5 years customer service and product support experience is required. Excellent communication skills & strong customer focus.
  • Product support experience is required. Excellent communication skills & strong customer focus as well as sense of ownership. Preferred, at least 3 years of experience in customer service. 
  • Excellent understanding and knowledge of the Sabre Host (SRW, SR360) up to date access & functionality info.  
  • Knowledge of technical languages as testing and validating XML, SOAP, REST (HTML is a plus). 
  • Ability to utilize self-service resources for troubleshooting and analytical purposes (internal guides and tools, external service portals, etc.) to find solutions is a must.
  • Ability to manage Technical writing and to communicate technical concepts effectively to both business and technology teams.
  • Well organized and able to prioritize when needed. Also capable of delivery under aggressive deadlines.
