Job Description

 

We are looking for a high energetic, results driven Human Resources professional to join our People Team department. This person will be responsible for researching, assessing, interpreting, and managing corporate and wellness benefits programs currently in place in Latin America and the Caribbean. Will also be responsible for monitoring benefits trends in the business environment to stay on top of relevant benefits and legislation changes, while providing timely and accurate administration for all benefits plans to ensure program compliance. Will be the first point of contact for benefits communication, management and research for wellness program vendors. Perform all benefits related administrative tasks.

 

Responsibilities

  • Main point of contact for Team Members regarding benefits
  • Management of benefits’ providers
  • Benefits administration, implementation and communication
  • Wellness administration and campaigns
  • Assist new hires with the onboarding documentation as well as Benefits communication
  • Keeping employees’ files
  • Preparing certified letters for LAC employees
  • Managing workflows in our HR system (Employee Central)

 

Job Requirements

 

  • Bachelor's Degree or advanced studies (within Human Resources preferred)
  • Effective oral and written communication in English
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Evidence of the practice of a high level of confidentiality
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Curiosity to learn about different locations and cultures
  • Proactive approach towards challenges
  • Results driven individual
