Under the direction of the Director Partner Management, Distribution, this role will support Sabre Hospitality Solutions distribution solutions, including distribution via GDSs and Online Travel Agencies.  You will support product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle.  Expectation of the role includes collaborating on a product strategy, breaking down requirements into Statements of Need and working as the Scrum Product Owner for the successful delivery of the requirements.

Fundamental functions of the role require the ability to work in a cross functional environment with multi-discipline teams representing operations, technology, sales, marketing, customer care and interactions with third party vendors.  Provides usability, evaluation and support to product development teams.  Applies troubleshooting, technical prowess and creative problem solving skills to navigate a fast-paced and dynamic business landscape.


  • Generate and manage a roadmap in collaboration with your team and key stakeholders
  • Communicate feature and product information to internal and external audiences.
  • Engage development, quality assurance and application engineering to deliver features to production and drive problem resolution once the new feature has gone live.
  • Collaborate with customers and internal support/operations teams to identify market problems and create/vet solutions.
  • Manage the implementation of distribution and channel management related projects with hotel chains and distribution partners
  • Provide release support in the form acceptance testing, knowledge sharing, release notes and other communications both internally and externally.
  • Monitor new technology trends and identify areas of innovation relative to distinct competencies and market / business needs
  • Provide back up and regional coverage for distribution subject matter expert

  • Experience with Scrum/Agile software development
  • Familiarity with the global landscape of Hospitality Distribution
  • Strong communication and presentation skills are needed with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences (sales, customers, executives) as well as translate customer and market data into business requirements
  • Past software design or product management experience preferred
  • High degree of software proficiency using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Salesforce is required

Job Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent


  • 5+ years of product management experience
  • Experience in hospitality or travel distribution is a plus
