Job Description

Spotting trends and technologies that play key roles in the lives of our core hotelier audiences, as well as deep understanding with SEM/SEO/Social strategies that drive engagement, sales/demand and ultimately revenue, is critical.  The successful candidate will be highly entrepreneurial, thrive on collaboration, and possess a holistic and deep understanding of the elements of a profitable e-commerce operation, including site experience, merchandising, content, digital marketing and analytics, client engagement, conversion, and retention, and the technical aspects of website design and management. With full P&L accountability, the Vice President must have a business owner’s mindset, continuously seeking out new initiatives that will increase sales and further the Company’s overall strategic direction. This position reports to the SVP of Product and Marketing.

Job Requirements

EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree or equivalent

EXPERIENCE: Minimum 8 - 10 years with digital marketing agency, e-commerce leadership.  8-10+ years of strategic e-commerce management experience required, preferably within omni-channel hotel or retail. 3+ years of Director level or above experience required.
