Job Description

PRISM is a powerful solution for airline commercial sales teams that automates, aggregates, and analyzes corporate sales information globally. PRISM enables airlines to manage the cash investment made in high-volume buying contracts by modelling and forecasting contracted discounts, measuring achieved market share, percentage of contract requirements realized, and net profit derived from contracted customers. With PRISM, airlines gain robust insight to manage client relationships with the airline’s highest profit customers.

Responsibilities

  • Be the face of PRISM.  Represent Sabre PRISM with airline/alliance customers across a spectrum from senior leaders, to front-line solution users
  • Gather market insights and identify opportunities to create new products/services/offerings
  • Partner with Sabre account teams to manage opportunity pipelines and represent the product team in new customer and renewal negotiations including analysis support, and deal sheet proposals
  • Develop, monitor and report on key business unit metrics
  • Lead customer-facing aspects of new customer implementation to ensure new user success
  • Develop user learning curricula and PRISM Professional Services catalog 
  • Plan, prepare, deliver user workshop content, learning curricula and online learning seminars
  • Be part of a cross functional team with collective responsibility for customer and Sabre success
     

Job Requirements

 

Skills

  • 8+ years of experience as Product Manager or Product Marketing Manager
  • Demonstrable leadership experience, high emotional IQ 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
  • Proven experience in the preparation and delivery of user learning seminars for software tools
  • Experience working with engineering teams on delivering marketable product on time
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • A collaborative mindset, possessing a positive and get-things-done attitude
  • Preferred but not essential: Familiarity with the role of airline commercial sales teams in generating profits from volume buyers
