Job Description

We are looking for a Field Marketing leader for the Americas region with expertise in Account Based Marketing and other Customer Programs that can be focussed on the Travel Network business.

The Senior Manager Field Marketing will lead the team of 4 working in close collaboration with the sales leaders and the wider global marketing organisation to meet or exceed the commercial targets. The Field team is responsible for planning, organizing and executing programs that generate new prospects and advance existing opportunities for the sales team within specific, targeted accounts and contacts.  They liaise between Sales teams and central Marketing functions to develop 1-to-1, and 1-to-many tactics designed to accelerate the sales pipeline and penetrate target travel agency segments.

This role needs a highly-organised self-starter. Reporting to the VP Global Marketing in London, the leader will work together with his/her Peers in EMEA & APAC as well as global Marketing functions (Brand/Comms, Segment Marketing, Product Marketing & Sales Readiness) as an integral part of the Marketing organisation.

You will have excellent commercial acumen, proven leadership experience and the ability to partner with different teams including Sales, Commercial Planning and other business functions. You will also be strategic thinker that manages the integrated view of the regional plan, ensure the team executes flawlessly and measures the results and effectiveness of the marketing programs.

Customer Programs

  • Develop and execute marketing plans consisting of multi-touch, multi-dimensional programs including both inbound and outbound tactics to meet pipeline requirements
  • Lead the enhancement and impact of Customer Programs, specifically ABM through leverage of tools such as Salesforce as well as developing team skill and partnering with external specialist consulting expertise
  • Develop the KPIs and metrics dashboard and achieve targets through consistent delivery of high-quality plans

Sales Partnership

  • Partner with Sales leaders in the region. This means an understanding of the overall marketing strategy and plan is regularly communicated to the sales teams and is aligned with a reciprocal understanding of the commercial targets and ongoing status in Marketing
  • In partnership with Sales to ensure the team are supporting the top opportunities in the region, through attracting, engaging, closing and onboarding new customers

Job Requirements


  • Minimum of 2-7 years’ experience in a Field Marketing role, ideally in a tech B2B environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or comparable education/experience.
  • Highly collaborative, excellent written and verbal communication skills, systematic approach to sharing knowledge and best practices across a global team.
  • Proven capability to communicate clearly in front of a broad variety of stakeholders
  • Experience in leading a team, nurturing talent and ideally experience leading people across international markets
  • Proven experience in demand generation marketing, ABM programs and partnership with strategic sales teams
  • Familiarity with the travel tech sales cycle and how to employ marketing communication strategies to nurture leads, drive adoption, and accelerate growth.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce, as well as how to use inbound marketing and content marketing to generate more qualified leads.
  • Track record of developing and managing multiple marketing programs simultaneously.
