Job Description

Sabre is looking to hire a Senior Director to lead our strategic partnerships for our Hospitality Solutions business.  This leader will be responsible for all aspects of defining, designing and operationalizing key agreements to expand and optimize our comprehensive service offerings to hotelier customers. 


Essential responsibilities include:

  • Working closely with key Sales, Product Management, Product Development and other Technology leaders to define critical technology, functional and geographic coverage gaps in the HS value offering
  • Creating alignment on key strategic and economic partnership objectives as part of the broader Product portfolio, including modeling and selection of optimal partner pricing and revenue share constructs
  • Problem-solving with potential partners to ensure high level strategic/growth aspiration alignment and solve material and multi-disciplinary business/technology challenges
  • Designing and leading the processes of selecting and negotiating partnership agreements
  • Defining comprehensive set of partnership agreements (SLAs, geographic/channel compete limitations, etc.)
  • Leading the launch process for new partners including sales enablement, marketing, change management and stable ongoing operations 
  • Managing the growth and monetization of existing partners through the design and operationalization of scalable programs complimentary to our internal product offering 
  • Designing and managing annual partner performance review sessions to ensure ongoing optimal engagement, alignment and contract performance

Job Requirements

  • Master’s degree in technical/quantitative field
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience including expertise in market analysis, strategy formulation and performance transformation across multiple industries and geographies
  • Expertise experience with SaaS platform, Product Management and/or hospitality industry strongly preferred 
  • Project management experience leading teams through change management
  • Deep procurement, M&A and negotiation experience
  • Proven success in managing cross functional teams to achieve a common goal
  • International experience (EU strongly preferred)
  • Multi-lingual (European languages strongly preferred)
  • Advanced understanding of key quantitative disciplines (e.g., probabilistic modeling, multivariate analyses, big data, data science)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Approximately 30% travel required (when travel resumes)
