We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Program Manager to support what we do every day.  This person will be responsible for providing oversight and overall management of the multiple streams of work for our larger clients.  This role has a high focus on ensuring successful delivery of initiatives across projects for a given client.  The program manager is highly visible to clients and   


Highlights of Responsibilities:

  • Continuously analyze your projects to remove road blocks both internally and externally and help other project managers on the team do the same
  • Help move the Planning, Delivery & Support Team forward by helping refine and improve our internal processes
  • Have an interest and passion for cutting-edge technology in the hospitality industry
  • Keeps a pulse on the ‘birds eye view’ of all projects; is the ‘coordinator’ between multiple client projects
    • Understands client hot buttons
    • Understands risks/issues both internally and externally for individual projects
    • Anticipate across all risks/issues if there is something bigger going on that needs to be tackled
  • Central point of contact for clients
    • Discuss with clients at a high level any upcoming, current, or recently release project in ‘some’ detail
    • Point of escalation for clients
    • Helps resolve issues/concerns and problems the client may raise
  • Manages client roadmap
    • Knows projects that are upcoming
    • Knows all in-flight projects and can speak to them
    • Understands what has been accomplished over the year
  • Present to executives (internally and externally) on the program, projects in the program or the client as needed; can manage stakeholders with ease
  • Mentors and coaches project managers
  • Maintains internal status sheet across the program and solicits information from project managers
  • Ensures that project managers are working consistently across all projects – they use the same templates, terminology, status sheets etc both internally and externally
  • Knows when to escalate client issues or internal program/project issues to upper management or executives
  • Understands client’s long and short term goals and looks at new work and projects that come up to ensure they fit within the clients objectives
  • Manages billing and budget for the program
  • Ensures all projects being delivered are of best-in-class quality

Job Requirements

Required Education, Experience & Skills: 

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5-7 years project office experience or equivalent.
  • Minimum 4 years of direct client management experience
  • Possesses and applies a developing knowledge of project management principles, practices and procedures to the completion of assignments.
  • Has experience overseeing digital projects including the design and development of new websites.
  • Has good analytical skills, is detail oriented, interacts well with others and has excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite or equivalent.
  • Familiar with basic functions of project scheduling software.
  • Must be able to interface appropriately at project team level.
  • Understands the concepts, definitions and application of project reports.
  • Possesses an understanding of quality assurance concepts.
