Looking for a candidate with strong interpersonal skills to join the office of the Chief Information Security Officer. Responsible for program planning and execution efforts as needed across Risk & Security organization and in collaboration with stakeholders; creating and maintaining executive level views into Risk & Security initiatives with regular project updates, key milestones, and risks. Will be expected to work closely with diverse teams and build relationships throughout the organization.

 

Experience:

  • Minimum 5+ years’ experience in Information Technology
  • 4+ years’ experience working within the Agile framework for project tracking
  • Background in cybersecurity and/or infrastructure is preferred

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage detailed Project Plan, issues/escalations and change management.
  • Identifying and addressing program impediments including proper escalation as needed.
  • Identify and manage dependencies with other programs within the portfolio and with other portfolios that potentially affect the deliverables.
  • Manage appropriate Scrum of Scrums sessions to establish interdependencies.
  • Work with Product/Application owners to secure and align cross-functional, cross-domain delivery teams to deliver programs.
  • Ensure accurate status reporting format, audience and cadence of all projects and programs.
  • Ensure measure-able OKRs are developed for the program, and that they align to the overall KPIs.

 

Job Requirements

Required Skills:

  • High degree of professional confidence and credibility with effective presence, strong written and verbal communication skills, able to communicate technical concepts and plans at all levels.
  • Continually seeks opportunities to increase stakeholder value.
  • Comfort around negotiating with higher management.
  • Strong project management skills with experience with work prioritization, planning, influencing and working in cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in an iterative development environment using an iterative Agile-like methodology, with experience of delivering working software to production through the entire lifecycle.
  • Strong collaborative skills and proven ability to work in a diverse team

 

Required Education:

  • Experience with Agile, MS Project, Rally, PowerPoint
  • Strong negotiation skills in all mediums and throughout all levels of the organization.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, able to prioritize among many conflicting needs, advocate a course of action, and pursue it consistently but flexible and responsive to dynamic situations.
  • Experience in Information Technology, preferably Identity and Access Management, and 5+ years of experience in project/program management.
  • Bachelor’s degree from accredited university or equivalent
