Job Description:

Provides Human Resources generalist support for assigned business functions, including all aspects of the employee life cycle.  Provides operational support to business and HR leaders in a fast-paced, global environment.  Participates in and/or leads HR projects as assigned, including Merger and Acquisition projects, and assists in the development of presentations for senior leadership.  Coordinates performance, development, reward and engagement programs, partnering with multiple stakeholders.  Performs other support functions as needed. 

 

  • Supports HR Business Partner in efforts pertaining to a specific business functions, and provides support to broader HR Business Partner group on common deliverables.
  • Operates in a global environment working with HR counterparts across the globe to develop, support and drive company-wide programs and initiatives (e.g., total rewards, performance management, talent management, workforce planning, and organizational change).
  • Assists in execution of strategic HR initiatives that support business objectives; supports and leads HR projects for the business unit, including development programs, talent acquisition, performance review and incentive plan processes, Merger and Acquisitions and other related projects.
  • Develops and delivers customized solutions for critical business needs such as succession planning, leadership development, employee development, culture change efforts.
  • Works closely with management in the implementation of corporate policies related to human resources, organizational and employee development at the business unit level.
  • Prepares reports and consults with business leaders regarding key HR information such as metrics and summaries of HR activities.
  • Acts as liaison between HR Business Partner team and HR Centers of Excellence and other partner groups on people process planning and execution, and company-wide people initiatives.
  • Develops and communicates timelines, templates, reporting practices and overall process, as well as consolidated summarization of results for review by senior executives for company-wide people process execution.
  • Uses data to derive insight, enabling smart decisions; builds PowerPoint decks and Excel workbooks to support business initiatives and people processes.
  • Seeks ways to continuously improve with each program deployment.

 

Key skills and abilities include business acumen, strategic and cultural agility, coaching, influencing, presentation, communication, process development, analysis, comfort with ambiguity, and problem solving; must be comfortable working at all levels of the organization

 

 

Job Requirements

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years related experience
  • Exposure to HR technical processes and organizational design preferred
  • Demonstrated strength in project management, organizational planning, and time management skills
  • Well organized with attention to detail and ability to manage change within a complex, matrixed organization
  • Experience in collaborating with and supporting global teams is highly desired
  • Advanced computer software skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple demands simultaneously and meet aggressive deadlines
  • Must be comfortable supporting all levels of the organization

 

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree required
