Job Description

Under general direction, responsible for conducting and documenting complex financial analysis projects.

  1. IR Data Sheet: Maintain multi-year consolidated SABR model and track relevant financial and key operating metrics
  2. Financials: Partner with Corporate Finance and External Reporting teams to become an expert in Sabre financials (10-Ks, 10-Qs) and serve as key contact for sell-side and buy-side analysts and institutional investors to answer company financial-related questions.
  3. Guidance: Prepare risk-adjusted management forecast and propose guidance options for updates to our public financial outlook on our quarterly conference calls.  Track financial performance versus guidance and prepare potential investor Q&A. 
  4. Consensus & Peer Comparison: Actively track and benchmark performance indicators against Wall Street expectations (“consensus”) and peer groups. Communicate timely and relevant investor and analyst research sentiment to executive leaders.
  5. Quarterly Results: Assist in execution of successful quarterly earnings calls and preparation of earnings release, presentation, script, Q&A, Fact Book, Cheat Sheet and other prep documents including development of guidance updates.
  6. Investor Outreach: Assist in developing compelling investor presentations and accompanying scripts to convey aligned corporate messages. Provide relevant prep materials and support to executive leaders for high-quality investor conferences/outreach events.
  7. Develop industry knowledge: Deepen understanding of the broader technology and travel industries and further Sabre knowledge to increase credibility.

Job Requirements

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred

EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum 5 years related experience.
  • Advanced Excel, PowerPoint.
  • SAP experience preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
