Job Description

Senior – Corporate Development


This role in Corporate Development will be an integral member of deal teams that are actively engaged in the origination and execution of M&A transactions, with exposure to corporate and business unit leaders across the organization. The team member, under general direction, will be responsible for performing complex analysis including strategic rationale, extensive corporate finance and valuation analysis, industry and business specific analysis, evaluation of mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures and investments. Assists in all steps of the transaction process and works with matrix team members from internal departments such as legal, tax, accounting as well as with outside firms in the execution of transactions. Under general direction, prepares deal packages for senior management and the Board of Directors.

Job Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.



  • 1-2 plus years relevant finance experience. Prior investment banking experience preferred.



  • This position requires excellent business and financial analysis skills, including expertise in Microsoft Excel financial modeling and preparation of presentation materials. Needs strong writing, reasoning, and oral communication skills. Must be detail oriented, pro-active and comfortable working independently when appropriate.
