Job Description


Are you a motivated and energetic individual who thrives in a dynamic environment? Are you excited to work and manage multiple projects that reflect a global B2B travel brand? Can you engage a user’s eye with a headline, script a story for video, build a brand through its digital resources? 

Qualified candidates will have strong and effective communication skills, be highly self-motivated, able to work remotely, and able to manage multiple projects. The candidate must be detailed oriented, able proof-read and write creative and technical content for corporate websites, videos, social media, recruiting and other Corporate Brand campaigns.

This candidate should be able to collaborate with creative designers, HR, public relations, researchers, legal, sales, and marketing. Be able to brainstorm and propose creative concepts; research and analyze results to present findings and ideate solutions that increase strategic results; manage projects from concept to completion remotely.



  • This role is part of the Creative Services Team and will work across the corporation with various stakeholders, business units, and regions. Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
  • Develop corporate initiated campaigns for HR, recruiting, events team, or regional integrated campaigns, inc. web, social, video, events
  • Write, edit, and accurately proofread copy for creative concepts and promotional materials within corporate campaigns
  • Collaborate on the development and strengthening of Corporate Brand identity
  • Ensure that the Sabre brand and identity is adhered in campaigns and communication channels
  • Manage the procedure, implementation, tracking and measurement of corporate campaigns. Present data results and propose possible improvements
  • Develop and oversee content/editorial calendar for web campaigns on Corp websites
  • Write copy for and act as Web Administer for the Corporate website(s)
  • Work with Video team on script developments as part of a corporate and HR campaign videos, may include training videos as well
  • Work with the Events team to create concepts and copy for trade shows or exhibitions

Job Requirements


Bachelor's degree in Technical Communication, English, Marketing Communication, Advertising or equivalent experience


3+ years of writing for digital formats, i.e. websites, social media, video, etc.
3+ years managing projects/campaigns
Technical proficiency with the following software:
    MS Office Suite
    Adobe Creative Suite
Other skills desired but not required: 
     Familiar with CMS software
     Basic knowledge of HTML
     Familiar with Agile methodology

50% Writing:  Create, edit, proof, post online and video content 
25% Creative collaboration:  Participate in project teams, attend meetings business partners, collaborate with various creative teams on new and existing creative concepts
15% Project management:  Plan, schedule, and manage your projects
10% Analyze results:  Track projects, report findings, propose ways to improve
