Job Description

 

Sabre Inc is seeking a Sr. Compensation Analyst to join our Global Compensation Team. This individual is a valuable member of the People Team, the primary responsibility for this role is to support Global Total Rewards programs and drive best in-class Total Rewards initiatives with the goals of attracting and retaining high performing and diverse talent.  In addition, this role is responsible for the day-to-day administration and management of compensation programs in support of the company's business goals. 

 

In partnership with the Global Total Rewards Team, this individual will:

 

  • Plan and manage the execution process of annual Sales Incentive Plan including, but not limited to, designing annual sales plans, reporting, partnering with stakeholder management and responding to employee questions. 
  • Conduct research and analysis of industry trends, employee surveys and workplace best practices in order to design Total Rewards packages that are competitive, meet team member needs, support organizational goals. Provide insight and recommendations to Global Total Rewards team.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners and the business to create job descriptions and conduct job evaluations.
  • Evaluate new and existing jobs, analyze salary data, to ensure alignment with global benchmark guidelines and compensation structure.
  • Partner with relevant HR stakeholders to design, coordinate and implement annual and on-going employee communications related to Sales Incentive Plans.
  • Conduct regular compliance checks on programs and identify any areas of risks or improvements (e.g. emerging trends/ issues/ best practices) that need to be addressed. 
  • Provide analytical support on a variety of projects and processes including program design, analysis, implementation, documentation.
  • Support annual salary review, bonus and equity cycles.
  • Deliver optimal total rewards programs that are cost effective and aligned with demographics, market practices and talent strategies.
  • Ensure all Rewards programs, policies and practices are following all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Responsible for data quality and data integrity for Compensation programs and structures.
  • May support Sales Incentive Plan calculations.
  • May support projects related to compensation and benefits programs and systems both regionally and globally.
Job Requirements

 

Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 5 years compensation experience
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills; effective listening skills
  • Provide strong recommendations and decision-making ability
  • Strong attention to detail, self-starter, and the ability to multi-task essential 
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure and a fast pace environment
  • Ability to lead and partner with all levels within organization
  • Ability to present to leaders
  • Pro-active hands-on with a creative mind to want to do things differently when required  

 

Preferred Experience: 

  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or Certified Sales Compensation Professional (CSCP)
  • Project and change management experience
  • Experience with Sales Incentive Plans or supporting a Sales Organization is a plus
  • Experience in multi-country Compensation role is a plus 
  • Experience with compensation module in Success Factors is a plus
  • Experience with Market Pay is a plus
