We are seeking a talented Business Analyst responsible for gathering and analyzing requirements in support of strategic initiatives. The Business Analyst will work with our business stakeholders and development teams to come up with strategies and solutions to enhance Sales and Servicing process and to leverage best in class Salesforce capabilities.
GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
• Under general direction with minimal oversight, delineates requirements to solve complex business problems using differing technologies and systems.
• Advanced ability to strategically plan for current and future business environments, including future technology and business design changes to create flexible solutions.
• Analysis of business and user needs, documentation of requirements, and translation into proper system requirement specifications.
• Utilize Agile methodology to document solutions into comprehensive user stories.
• Serve as lead conduit between developers and end users.
• Provides functional/technical assistance in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures that meet user requirements.
• May lead cross-functional linked teams to address business or systems issues.
• Work closely with the development team assisting team members with understanding customers’ needs and testing of issues.
EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree or equivalent
EXPERIENCE:
• Minimum 5 years related experience.
• Candidates should have a strong command of CRM principles.
• Experience working with Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Client Portal/Communities is preferred.
• Excellent computer software skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to simultaneously handle multiple projects.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to conceptualize abstract concepts into requirements and solutions.
• Excellent knowledge about agile/scrum methodology.
• Experience in writing User Stories and defining acceptance criteria.
SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
• Knowledge of CRM systems and applicable best practices in a call center and/or sales environment.
• Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud knowledge is preferred.
