Job Description

•    Translates business requirements into solution designs including technical specifications and recommended process changes
•    Develops, codes, tests and debugs new highly complex software solutions or enhancements to existing software in a maintenance capacity.
•    Leads design and coding of applications using routine and/or advanced technology
•    Responsible for data conversions, testing activities, and aspects of reporting
•    Possesses an understanding of system architecture and makes recommendations that facilitate stability
•    Provides direction for entire project or a project team. 
•    May assist in training less experienced software development staff. Works with technical staff to understand problems with software and resolve them. 
•    Resolves customer complaints with software and responds to suggestions for improvements and enhancements. 
•    May assist in development of software technical documentation. 
•    Demonstrates software. 
Desired Competencies
•    SAP Procure to Pay (MM), including Vendor master, Procurement process (Purchase Requisition, Purchase Order, Goods Receipt, Invoice Receipt and Verification), Limit Orders, FI Invoices, Italy eDocs, Accounts Payable, Cash Application, Configurations, LSMW, Query Building. 
•    Should have proficiency in reading and debugging ABAP codes, directing ABAP programmers with best practices, familiarities with BAPIs and standard function modules
•    Extensive understanding of technical aspects of SAP: Data dictionary, BAPIs, BAdIs, user-exits, enhancement framework, and debugging
•    Demonstrates broad knowledge of technical solutions. 
•    Ability to manage the details of assigned tasks and deliverables
•    Ability to lead and direct multiple projects simultaneously
•    Ability to coordinate and communicate cross-functionally with both business and technical partners 
•    Works under minimal supervision on complex tasks and may assist less experienced peers
•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•    Exercises independent judgment
•    Highly skilled with extensive proficiency
•    Ability to work in an Agile development environment 
•    Establishes metrics and checkpoints to track quality and performance and takes accountability for organizational results. 
•    Evaluates security risks across the development lifecycle and takes measures to mitigate these risks and stop their recurrence in the future. 


Job Requirements

•    Bachelor’s degree or Equivalent Experience
•    Minimum 5 years SAP PTP and ABAP Experience
•    At least three (3) full cycle SAP implementations

Good to have
•    Knowledge or familiarity about SAP Order to Cash processes, S4 HANA, Coupa, SAP WebDynpro, Integrations (with and without BOOMI), Chrome River, and ReadSoft
