Job Description

In this role you will manage the regional sales process documentation, data analysis and interpretation, salesforce documentation and change, sales and account management support, process improvement.
You work across global peer groups in sales, product, finance and data organizations.


Responsibilities Overview:
1.    Performance Forecasting / Reporting   
2.    Annual SIP / Commission Process management and calculations
3.    Regional Planning / Budgeting / Revenue Analysis, research and forecast co-ordination with Finance
4.    Process Support / Coordination (Salesforce, Monthly Pipeline & Weekly Cadence Calls, SAP Contract Repository, C2C (Contract process), Metric Reporting, Account Receivables, regional data analysis, consolidation and interpretation for regional and HDQ requirements 


This role is required to:
•    Provide support to the Regional General Manager and Regional Directors as required to ensure optimum efficiency in the overall Sales & Account Management team
•    Take ownership of and manage regional Salesforce processes, ensuring that they are
adhered to by the team, and drive continual process improvement.
•    Gather,
analyze and interpret a variety of sales data based on RGM /HDQ requirement.
•    Ensure that Salesforce is accurate and up to date, driving the governance of the Sales Team with regards to timeliness and accuracy of reporting and updates
•    Validate CTOV value with contracts prior to customer signature and ensure that the deal was approved (aligned with internal requirements) and signed value is => than approval
•    Be a key Select team point of contact, knowledge and experience with best practices for sales operations process and sales effectiveness metrics
•    Have a
proven ability to quickly and consistently execute standardized processes and enable others to do so as well. Successful track record of ensuring process compliance and driving improvements to standardized processes
•    Support UAT testing (salesforce etc.) and roll out of any new operating procedures for Global Sales and Account Management team


Job Requirements

Must Have skills:
•    Excellent ability to collaborate and work effectively in a team environment, including both regional teams and global teams. Ability to forge solid internal relationships
•    Experience managing multiple projects within, sometimes, tight deadlines whilst assessing and re-prioritizing depending on changing requirements
•    Self-directed with a start-up mentality.  Resourceful, innovative, and adaptable. Comfortable in a rapidly evolving environment, and skilled in change management
•    Financial experience
•    Advanced Excel, (inc. Pivots, VLOOKUP & Conditional Formatting) 
•    Advanced Word, and PowerPoint 
•    Experience with Salesforce and opportunity management
•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Fluency in English is a must
•    Presentation skills – translating numbers & trends for wider audience
