Job Description


Sabre is building the next generation of travel technology through incubation, innovation, and new product development. The Travel Solutions product management team is looking for a highly motivated individual to build a modern online portal for travel agencies to onboard and access all that we have to offer. This product has a multi-billion dollar TAM and is pivotal to our success.

The role is fast-paced and highly visible. Successful performance will create opportunity for growth and advancement within the larger organization including potential future opportunities in innovation, product management, product marketing, strategy, or operations. Additionally, the role would well position the candidate for further education, including business or law school.

This role will report to the Principal Product Manager but also have access to the Senior Director leading the overall organization including opportunities for receiving coaching, mentorship, and career guidance. They will gain significant visibility with Travel Solutions and Sabre leadership.

·       Set the product strategy and make data-driven decisions
·       Create the product road map and manage the backlog in Rally
·       Create hypotheses and perform experiments
·       Write hypotheses, experiment design documents, and user stories
·       Provide direction to the development teams and ensure on time releases
·       Full P&L responsibility associated with customer conversions
·       Understand the technical stack for your product and integration points with other products
·       Know the competitive landscape and differentiate your product through innovation and positioning
·       Collaborate cross-functionally with Technology, User Experience, Sales, Legal, Marketing, Security, etc.

Job Requirements

o   BS in business, engineering, or a related field; MBA would be a significant plus
o   5+ years previous experience in product management, product marketing, or strategy
o   Limited travel: 5-10% of time max
o   Comfortable to execute in a highly ambiguous, fluid environment
o   Highly collaborative and constant learner
o   Excellent problem solving ability
o   Strong ownership, accountability and work ethic
