Job Description

•    Extensive understanding and detailed knowledge with hands on experience of the technical and functional aspects of SAP BRIM Convergent Charging including, but not limited to: BITS and CITS, Chargeable Items, Chargeable Item Classes, Allowance Logic, Price and Charge Plans, Cross Catalog Mapping Tables, Translation Tables, Subscriber Tables, Range Tables, Rating and Re-Rating Functionality and Provider Contracts 
•    Configures, tests and debugs new highly complex charge plans or enhancements to existing charge plans in a maintenance capacity.
•    Extensive understanding and detailed knowledge of integration between SOM, CI and CM.
•    Lead workshops with stakeholders, Team Leads and Solution Architects to capture all the system requirements and explain functionality of the system
•    Translates business requirements into solution designs including technical specifications and recommended process changes.
•    Possesses an understanding of system architecture and makes recommendations that facilitate stability
•    Ability to lead and provide direction to project team members and direct multiple projects simultaneously
•    Ability to coordinate and communicate cross-functionally with both business and technical partners 
•    Works under minimal supervision on complex tasks and manages the assigned tasks and deliverables
•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills and exercises independent judgement
•    Assists in training less experienced software development staff. 
•    Works with technical staff to understand problems with software and resolve them. 
•    Resolves customer complaints with software and responds to suggestions for improvements and enhancements. 
•    Assist in development of software technical documentation. 
•    Manages work in an Agile environment utilizing Rally.
•    Establishes metrics and checkpoints to track quality and performance and takes accountability for organizational results. 
•    Evaluates security risks across the development lifecycle and takes measures to mitigate these risks and stop their recurrence in the future. 
•    Listens to differing points of view and promotes mutual understanding of diverse perspectives 
•    Demonstrates empathy and engages others to understand the reason behind, or motivation for their actions 
•    Presents options and persuades by openly dialoging and using concrete examples to make a point 
•    Inspires and gains the commitment of others towards the vision, mission, values and organizational goals 

Job Requirements

•    Bachelor’s degree or Equivalent Experience
•    Minimum 8 years SAP Experience
•    Minimum 2 years SAP BRIM CC Experience
•    At least three (3) full cycle SAP implementations
