Job Description

 

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join the Airline Customer Touchpoints Product Team. Airline Customer Touchpoints include Interact, Digital Workspace, FCCS and Digital Experience. These world class marketplaces connect airlines and travelers to support booking and servicing air reservations.


The Principal Product Manager will manage Sabre’s Digital Workspace, a Reimagined Solution for Airports and Call Centers. Digital Workspace is a mobile-first design, powered by a flexible technology framework that simplifies the agent experience. Not only does this improve usability, it delivers guided processes and easier workflows. By allowing airport and customer service personnel to proactively focus on assisting travelers, Digital Workspace personalizes and elevates the overall customer experience. And its customer preferences view enables agents to upsell targeted ancillaries and increase incremental revenue at any touchpoint. The Principal Product Manager will own the strategy and roadmap for integration of Sabre’s platform capabilities, value creation for their customers and measurements. They work closely with peer product managers, user experience, research, sales, marketing, development, and the customer to best prioritize the capabilities that will drive value in the marketplace.
 

Roles Responsibilities

  • Owner of the Digital Workspace and Interact products
  • Drive customer engagements centered around the assigned core or adjacent product to understand market potential and fit
  • Collaborate with development to communicate vision and goals in product delivery
  • Support marketing with go to market materials and enable operations to support the product
  • Educate sales on the product value message and solicit product and competitive feedback
  • Demonstrate product and personal leadership 

Preferred Responsibilities

  • Knowledge of the Airline Reservation customer and Sabre’s Offer Sourcing solutions (eg Shopping, Loyalty, and Ancillary product)
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent 
  • Excellent English written and communication skills with the ability and desire to engage with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong technical aptitude is a must with ability to understand proposed solutions and collaborate closely with technology partners across teams
  • Expertise with lean development principals 
  • Needs to be comfortable with uncertainty, brave enough to make decisions, willing to fail and able to learn, and accountable on all outcomes
