This is a unique role in that it requires talent, OD and development expertise coupled with a strong capability to communicate and drive change in a systemic manner. This role will work across the full Organization and Talent Development team to ensure all initiatives, programs and processes are aligned and “telling a unified story, “That leaders and team members can understand. The successful candidate for this role will understand change management and human dynamics to ensure clear and compelling communications, change plans and campaigns. 

The Organization and Talent Development team is accountable for the full talent spectrum of offerings and strategies at Sabre. Areas of focus include talent management, performance management, learning, leadership development, inclusion and diversity, engagement, change management, career development and other elements. All areas of focus need to be aligned and communicated in a systemic manner so that a “full story” is told in support of the broader Sabre culture.

This role will partner closely with the Global Communications team and other segments of the People team to ensure communication strategies are aligned, social media is used appropriately, and presentations and media is professional and compelling. The culture is shifting at Sabre and the talent and leadership activities are at the center of these changes. This role will be central to helping align actions with messaging and broader change efforts.

Job Requirements


A successful candidate in this field will require the following: 

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Organization Development, I/O Psychology or equivalent. 

Preferred Experience: 

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience of increasing responsibility and proven track record of designing and delivering Talent Management, Learning and OD programs/processes with demonstrated success.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral, with a distinct voice and ability to “weave the story” of the initiative or program to explain how it aligns to the broader strategy and company culture.
  • Strong leadership skills, both tactically and strategically.
  • Strong client-focused consulting skills and process facilitation capabilities. 
  • Excellent business acumen, project management, critical thinking/analysis, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong team player who can work across organizational boundaries seamlessly to complete required outcomes. 
  • Strong knowledge and experience with a variety of talent management processes and systems (such as performance management, succession planning, engagement, etc.).
  • Able to effectively identify needed change and shift gears comfortably.
  • Experience with talent-related metrics and data analytics.
