Job Description

Seeking a proactive and commercially focused marketing and sales enablement professional to implement strategies that empower the global sales team with the right content through the right channels – at scale – for their customer interactions to best position Sabre’s value.

Ideal candidate is creative, organized and detailed-orientated while having the ability to communicate at a high level. Has a strong knowledge and interest in effective marketing while using a sales lens to ensure tools and assets are customer focused that work in the real world.

This position is based in Southlake, TX as part of a global team with responsibilities for the Americas, APAC and EMEA. Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and across geographies to ensure outcomes meet the sales objectives and the content works globally.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, implement and develop new high-impact sales enablement tactics to drive awareness and engagement of tools to ultimately drive incremental revenue.
  • Drive towards achieving measurable and solid results with minimal guidance that connect back to critical business priorities.
  • Take complete ownership, planning and creation of customer focused messaging segment and solution playbooks. Strong business planning and ability to make sound decisions regarding time and resource investment are essential.
  • Capable of executing against a plan with precision and excel in simplifying the complex and making progress in the face of ambiguity.
  • Demonstrate willingness and the ability to work both entrepreneurially and as part of a team as circumstance dictates.

Job Requirements

  • Proven success in marketing and sales enablement or training, demonstrating go-getter work ethic with the ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Analytical skills and thorough understanding of sales enablement best practices are needed to enable high-quality planning and execution and to manage/measure activity against team KPIs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and relationship building skills.
  • Successful in sales enablement asset creation with and ability to customize messaging and delivery by use case and by channel (presentation vs self-read materials).
  • Experience with content management and sales enablement technology platforms.
  • Must be a conceptual thinker and be able to articulate vision. Strong awareness of current/coming trends is a must.
  • Multilingual skills, understanding of travel market landscape and experience with a technology organization are a plus.
