Job Description

Sabre Travel Solutions is looking for a talented Management Consultant to join the Global Management Consulting Team. In this high impact, high exposure role, you will be complementing a diverse team who have broad travel technology and consulting expertise, working to establish the holistic value opportunity of partnership between Sabre, Travel Agencies and Travel Suppliers. The Management Consultant will have a strong passion for driving results and articulating Sabre's value proposition. You are a great fit for this role if you thrive on giving structure where there is otherwise ambiguity, have strong financial and technical acumen and put these skills to work to drive results.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES  

  • Conduct end to end client projects that culminate in client facing presentations and Q&A discussion.
  • Collaborate with the team to create deliverables that clearly synthesize raw data through analyses into recommendations for improving client's organization, strategy, technology and operations.
  • Influence client growth by being a trusted advisor to both client and Sabre executives.

WHAT WILL YOU ACHIEVE?

  • The Management Consulting Team is responsible for positively influencing the probability of success with existing and prospective clients as part of a dynamic sales organization.
  • You will be part of a small, focused team at the pinnacle of our most strategic sales efforts, demonstrating to prospective partners the incremental value they stand to generate by working with Sabre.

Job Requirements

Must Have Skills:

  1. Bachelor degree preferred
  2. Minimum 2 years client facing management consulting experience
  3. Strong interpersonal and team-working abilities
  4. Highly capable quantitative and conceptual problem solver
  5. Strategic thinking with business process re-design
  6. Excel and PowerPoint are second nature to you

Nice to Have Skills:

  1. Degree in quantitative subject such as Business, Finance, Industrial Engineering or other Engineering fields
  2. Prior use of six sigma or other improvement methodologies
  3. Understanding of contact center operations
  4. Understanding of travel industry
  5. Experience in any of Tableau, QlikView or Salesforce applications
  6. Experience applying the Miller Heiman sales methodology
