Job Description

Seeking a dynamic leader who is passionate about the business of HR and how the systems we provide have a direct correlation to attracting, developing, retaining and rewarding the best talent. People are our most valuable asset and our HRIS team is at the heart of ensuring we provide best in class service and efficiency. This role will be a member of a close-knit team dedicated to making measurable differences in the lives our employees.

Accountable for

This position will be accountable for several modules within our HR portfolio with SuccessFactors at the center. Will be managing large, complex global HR system projects. They will be partnering with our stakeholders to design and implement solutions that meet business needs. Project management / business process role to develop requirements and implementation plans to ensure the HR systems projects are delivered effectively, on-time and within budget. Work closely with HR staff, technical staff and the vendor to drive successful implementations and enhancements. Leaning out the waste in processes and always looking forward at the product roadmap to ensure we are maximizing our capabilities and investment. Will be accountable for driving enhancements and new initiatives through our usability lab with hyper focus on user experience. Evangelizing the tools we own through training and driving organizational change management.

Job Requirements

  • Self-motivated achiever who gains satisfaction from ensuring HR partners and our employees have the best tools and processes
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in ownership, working with no supervision and being accountable
  • Seeks out advanced responsibilities and has strong breadth and depth across our HRIS portfolio
  • Minimum 8 years in HRIS system administration and configuration; SuccessFactors expertise or equivalent required
  • Experience implementing HR software or new modules is required; experience with the complexity of global projects preferred
  • Strong discipline of testing and release management required
  • Capable of identifying trends and documenting a process in tools such as Visio so as to recommend process improvements
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment that is fast-paced and demanding
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills which will be leveraged with vendor communications, internal partners such as Finance and Procurement and securing executive approvals
  • Leadership skills in mentoring and overseeing a less experienced members
  • Must be self-directed and have excellent initiative and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle multiple demands with a sense of urgency, drive and energy. Work well under stress with the ability to deliver on time

EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree or equivalent, Master's degree preferred.

EXPERIENCE: Minimum 8 years project management experience preferred.
