Job Description


Sabre seeks a strategic, highly skilled transactions and privacy attorney to provide legal support for corporate transactions and business matters for its subsidiary, Radixx Solutions International, and to support for in the review and negotiation of privacy, security and data protection issues.  The successful candidate will draft and negotiate a wide warranty of complex international technology transactions and serve as a strategic partner to Sabre’s internal business and technical teams in the development, commercialization and deployment of IT solutions and services.  


This counsel will:


  • Draft and negotiate complex license and technology transactions for SaaS and cloud solutions
  • Draft, review and negotiate Master Agreements, NDAs, Consulting, Data Protection, Maintenance and Support, Service Level and other commercial agreements
  • Maintain standard contract templates and playbooks
  • Provide legal advice and counsel for day-to-day for operational and transactional matters, including contract interpretation, customer management, strategic relationships, legal and regulatory requirements related to privacy, information security and incident response
  • Provide privacy and information security advice in support of Sabre’s global business including support of responses to data subject complaints, data subject access requests and related matters
  • Support pan-Sabre privacy projects; DPA contracting support and facilitate integration of privacy, risk and compliance requirements into business planning processes
  • General legal research and counsel on legal developments and regulations impacting the business
  • Work cross-functionally with sales, finance, security and technical teams to ensure contractual terms are compliant with legal, regulatory and company policies and risk preferences
  • Other responsibilities and special projects as assigned
Job Requirements



  • Juris Doctorate degree from accredited law school and licensed to practice law in applicable jurisdiction 
  • Top school (and top 25% ranking) typically required


Preferred Experience

  • Minimum of 3-6, and ideally 6-8+ years of experience practicing law, preferably with contract and commercial law emphasis
  • CIPP certification strongly preferred
  • Experience with complex software and technology agreements, such as SaaS and cloud agreements
  • Strong knowledge of international privacy regulations and competition laws
  • Excellent problem-solving skills; creative in finding solutions
  • Team player and consensus builder that takes a pragmatic, commercial approach to law
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and interact effectively with all levels of personnel, including senior management and outside law firms
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in drafting
  • Ability to manage a high volume of transactions within tight deadlines
  • Self-motivated and ability to work independently
  • Proficiency in written and verbal communications in English required.  Additional language skills preferred.
