Job Description

 

Sabre Inc is seeking a Compensation Analyst to join our Global Compensation Team. This individual is a valuable member of the People Team, the primary responsibility for this role is to support Global Total Rewards programs and drive best in-class Sales Incentive Design initiatives with the goals of attracting and retaining high performing and diverse sales talent.  In addition, this role is responsible for the day-to-day job reviews of sales incentive eligible roles . 


In partnership with the Global Total Rewards Team, this individual will:

  • Conduct research and analysis of industry trends, employee surveys and workplace best practices in order to design Sales Incentive programs that are competitive, meet team member needs, and drive attainment of business goals. Own the design process for Agency, Hospitality and Services Commercial teams’ sales incentives, and advise the Airline Commercial team in their design efforts.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners and the business to create job descriptions and conduct job evaluations.  As appropriate, develop levelling approaches to encompass the Sabre Commercial organization.
  • Evaluate new and existing jobs, analyze salary data, to ensure alignment with global benchmark guidelines and compensation structure.
  • Partner with relevant HR stakeholders to design, coordinate and implement annual and on-going employee communications related to Sales Incentive Plans.
  • Assist with the execution process of Sales Incentive Plan including, but not limited to, briefing team members on plan changes and calculation implications, partnering with stakeholder management and responding to employee questions. 
  • Conduct regular compliance checks on programs and identify any areas of risks or improvements (e.g. emerging trends/ issues/ best practices) that need to be addressed. 
  • Provide analytical support on a variety of projects and processes including program design, analysis, implementation, documentation.
  • Support annual salary review, bonus and equity cycles for the Commercial team.
  • Ensure all programs, policies and practices are following all applicable laws and regulations.
  • May support Sales Incentive Plan calculations.
  • May support projects related to compensation and benefits programs and systems both regionally and globally.

Job Requirements


Background/ Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 5 years compensation experience or equivalent experience
  • Experience with Sales Incentive Plan design and communication
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills; effective listening skills
  • Provide strong recommendations and decision-making ability
  • Strong attention to detail, self-starter, and the ability to multi-task essential 
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure and a fast pace environment
  • Ability to lead and partner with all levels within organization
  • Ability to present to leaders
  • Pro-active hands-on with a creative mind to want to do things differently when required  

 

Preferred: 

  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or Certified Sales Compensation Professional (CSCP)
  • Project and change management experience
  • Experience in multi-country Compensation role is a plus 
  • Experience with compensation module in Success Factors or Workday is a plus
  • Experience with Market Pay is a plus
