Job Description

A key member of the TN Lodging team reporting to the Regional Director Lodging Supply, Amercias, this role is responsible for overseeing a strategic, high-touch portfolio of accounts. This individual is responsible for managing contract negotiations, sales, and daily account maintenance and revenue streams related to their assigned accounts.


Responsibilities:

  • Implements the strategic direction and growth plans for assigned accounts and serves in a variety of roles such as advisor or project manager as required
  • Establishes positive relationships to increase the long-term commercial vitality for both Sabre and our Lodging supplier partners
  • Monitors account performance and provides the client with recommendations for optimization
  • Observes market and technology trends and works closely with Regional Director Lodging Supply, Amercias, and product marketing team to identify content, product needs, and commercial opportunities
  • Coordinates with various functions within the company to ensure customer requests are handled appropriately
  • Operates with latitude for decisions and actions as it relates to contractual negotiations and renewals
  • Resolves any commercial issues with assigned accounts in a constructive and timely manner
Job Requirements

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Has a solid understanding of travel distribution and sales strategy
  • Has experience working in the hospitality industry
  • Has demonstrated success in large and creative negotiations
  • Has proven track-record of leveraging data to drive account behavior and influence strategy
  • Has exceptional communications skills and executive presence
  • Has excellent presentation skills
  • Has extensive commercial experience working for a fast paced, matrix driven global organization
  • Has inherent curiosity, is passionate for the industry, and wants to take partnerships to the next level

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of combined relevant professional experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree required. Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to handle multiple projects
  • Exhibits a professional presence required to command respect both internally and externally
  • Preferred experience with Salesforce
  • Strategic thinker with a strong commercial acumen displaying the highest ethical standards and impeccable character
