Job Description

Sabre is looking for a Principal, Global Business Operations – Travel Solutions to support the design, implementation and execution of Travel Solutions operations.

In this role, you will: 

  • Work with key stakeholders in Sabre’s Travel Solutions organization and partner organizations to drive operational planning & execution
  • Define and track performance against our top-level organizational objectives/ goals
  • Lead Travel Solutions performance and business insight reporting and manage strategic initiatives
  • Help drive investment planning process across Travel Solutions
  • Identify common problems and inefficiencies across the organization and come up with creative solutions to eliminate them
  • Communicate, written and verbally, with senior management on our planning and execution status

Responsibilities include:

  • Provide primary support to Vice President, Global Business Operations – Travel Solutions to design, implement and execute Travel Solutions business operations
  • Own facilitation of Travel Solutions objectives / goals
  • Prepare materials for board meetings, monthly performance reviews and other executive meetings, including quarterly offsites
  • Partner with finance and other key stakeholders to execute investment planning process
  • Lead design and execution of performance and business insight reporting with focus on deriving and communicating actionable insights to executive leadership/ management
  • Collaborate across Travel Solutions to identify and roll-out best practices

Experience and Skills:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or similar discipline is required. MBA degree is preferred.
  • 5-7 years relevant professional experience in a business operations, strategy or corporate finance role
  • Experience preferred in consulting, technology, software or travel industry
