Job Description

This role will serve on the team of supplier contract partners and will have the following responsibilities:   

  • Collaborates with the Legal, Finance, and Sales organizations and other functional teams to support the implementation, seamless transition, and maintenance of a Contract Lifecycle Management solution.
  • Interpret complex business needs and translate them into clear and concise business system requirements to support the automation of the contracting process.
  • Respond to contract generation, negotiation, and signature process questions.
  • Provides broad-based data and reporting services from the CLM solution to management and in-house counsel.
  • Structuring reporting and diagnostics in the CLM solution to identify contracting trends and drive improvement.
  • Management of templates, contractual clause libraries, and reporting attributes in support of the team’s strategic goals and needs.
  • Developing and maintaining training and educational materials to support the CLM solution.
  • Ensure CLM solution adheres to Sabre audit and procedural processes.

 

This role reports directly to the Director of Supplier Commercial Contracts.

Job Requirements

EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

 

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS: 

  • Minimum of 4 years of contract lifecycle management experience.  Experience with DocuSign CLM is a plus.
  • Experience working with Legal, Contracts, and Sales teams, including senior leaders within those functions.
  • Experience with technology stack and configuration of: Salesforce, DocuSign CLM, SAP, Microsoft Sharepoint, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Teams.
  • Experience creating curriculum and training materials for professionals.
  • Experience in fast paced, global organization.  Able to function and perform at a high level with ambiguity in some cases.
  • Exceptional relationship building skills – ability to work effectively and have high impact working at all levels – upward/downward/laterally.  Ability to work effectively with peers around the world and across multiple cross-functional departments (sales, finance, accounting, tax, audit).
  • Self-starter, flexible mindset, and able to juggle multiple priorities
  • Demonstrates an enterprise mindset, ensures the team supports the needs of the broader business.  Works openly and collaboratively.
  • Superior command of the English language, both written and spoken word
    • Ability to understand complex and abstract contractual concepts 
    • Ability to identify contracting trends and make recommendations 
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams 
  • Willingness to be flexible and take on a multitude of varying projects in addition to core responsibilities
  • Ability to see operational gaps, devise and implement processes to create greater organizational efficiencies
