Job Description

Sabre Travel Network is seeking a versatile, proactive, self-motivated creative brand steward to develop and effectively implement creative projects to promote our brand, products and services across all channels, internal and external.

As Manager, Creative and Digital, you will be based in either Southlake, Texas or Richmond, UK. You will report directly to the Director, Global Brand and Communications, based in Southlake, Texas.  You will own and drive digital projects, in particular for web and mobile, and bring a solid understanding of digital marketing and its evolution to the table. You will be an integral part of a global brand team with colleagues across the Americas, EMEA and APAC.

You will take ownership for planning and managing creative and digital projects end to end, using in-house as well as agency resources, covering events, advertising, videos, white papers, case studies, email, social media, digital and the creation of supporting Sales collateral.

You need to be someone who thrives on getting work done and building positive relationships across internal organizations and with external partners.  You will be expected to be a hyper-organized, natural communicator, with marketing savvy and a keen understanding of the design process. You will take responsibility for the aesthetics across mediums, ensuring strategic objectives are reached through clear, concise communication and visually stimulating work.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage and deliver the conceptual development of all assigned creative projects end to end; including asset creation and liaising with freelancers and agencies to deliver creative excellence.
  • Develop and evolve processes and standards to ensure creative cohesion across marketing campaigns, assets, and communications for print, digital and broadcast media and that reflects the brand/look/feel voice of Sabre.
  • Create, deliver and manage creative assets and creative strategy for entire marketing mix, including but not limited to digital, blogs, white papers, case studies, social media posts, websites, infographics and videos.
  • Responsible for digital projects, in particular working with the centralized digital team to deliver on digital initiatives in support of campaigns as well other marketing channel activity. Be a hands-on developer as needed.
  • Respond to briefs both from a global perspective as well as regional and local requirements, propose market-facing activities, and in partnership with the channel and campaign team through optimum mix of media, and lead creative process and production planning /execution as well as post-campaign analysis.
  • Be the first point of contact on all creative requests, both campaign and ad-hoc: create and agree project timelines, setting KPIs, agreeing creative approach, coordinating execution including; translation processes, seeking approvals, overseeing launch to market, internal communication and reporting.
  • Take on the role of brand guardian and ensure that our brand ethos is infused across all marketing touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with colleagues in Americas, EMEA and APAC to deliver global campaigns, tapping into resources across the global team to deliver on initiatives.
  • Ensure that creative deliverables are optimized for search results and user experience.
  • Develop and own quarterly creative consistency reviews across all global and regional campaigns

Job Requirements

Requirements

  • Six or more years marketing/advertising experience with a demonstrated talent for high-caliber creative concept development.
  • Superior portfolio which includes direct mail, brochures, print advertising, digital advertising, collateral, branded video, photo, digital and multi-media campaign.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams and business units
  • Stay abreast of relevant trends in design, illustration, type and color and find ways to incorporate them into new concepts.
  • Proven ability to design and implement creative processes to improve efficiency and creative outputs
  • Solid understanding of brand theory and a critical and creative thinker with the ability to lead a concept or play a collaborative role beginning, middle and end
  • Excellent project management skills
  • A strong portfolio of work demonstrating versatile design talent spanning audiences, industry and mediums.
  • Superior skills in Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, Coding across platforms
  • Knowledge of Pardot and Salesforce desirable.  Working knowledge and an appreciation of the importance of marketing automation tools and other marketing technology tools highly desirable.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and self-driven to self-organize and lead brand marketing execution activities globally
  • Well versed in metrics, data driven campaign management and the use of digital campaign tools to measure effectiveness
  • Digitally savvy and up to date on the latest social media and digital media/marketing trends that are integral to a fully established B2B marketing mix
  • Highly motivated, deadline driven and highly efficient with proven experience of achieving targets and meeting deadlines
  • Strong commercial acumen, including the ability to manage budgets and forecast appropriately for projects and other activities.  Good understanding of the technology sector is an advantage
  • Strong interpersonal skills to inspire and build productive relationships with internal and external partners, including being comfortable presenting to senior management and stakeholders to gain their support and buy-in.  Ability to champion the brand team and the work across teams to ensure that teams and stakeholders are educated on activities, impact and contribution to the business.
