Job Description

The Global Benefits Manager will drive the global benefits approach for non-US locations as part of our total rewards experience. Working with the Senior Director, Benefits, the Manager will ensure all global benefit and retirement programs are aligned with the company's annual and long-term strategic objectives. The Manager will partner with colleagues across the People Team, Procure-ment, and Corporate Communications to ensure that the benefits conform with internal and external strategy, policies, regulatory standards, and operating practices. 



  • Analyzing industry trends and ensuring all benefits packages outside of the U.S. are competitive. 
  • Gather insight on how team members utilize our programs and offer recommendations.
  • Oversee the development, implementation and administration of the company's global benefit plans and programs. 
  • From a global perspective, analyze current and developing legislation, healthcare regulations and other environmental factors impacting plan performance and program competitiveness. Ensure benefits programs and policies follow local and federal laws. 
  • Conduct annual evaluations of coverage and policies to assess cost effectiveness and competitiveness
  • Partner with key stakeholders to solicit feedback on requirements and to ensure cost effectiveness and consistency in program concepts, guidelines, and implementation
  • Manage relationships with vendors, brokers and carriers, including monitoring cost, service levels, processes, and accuracy of data
  • Ensure benefits are embedded within the total reward experience enabling team members to connect with available tools to support a lifelong approach to wellness
  • Use effective communication vehicles to optimize impact and understanding

Job Requirements

Preferred Requirements: 

  • Bachelor's degree and at least 5+ years of experience in non-US employee benefits design, implementation, management, and administration
  • Ability to think strategically and execute tactical project plans
  • Bring energy to the role
  • Demonstrated experience working in an international environment
  • Strong analytic ability and advanced skills with analytic tools, especially MS Excel. Strong communication skills; oral, written and presentation
  • Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results
  • Ability to assess the market, identify innovative benefit program opportunities, determine business appropriateness, and make sound recommendations
  • Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity. Ability to successfully navigate a global organization
