Job Description

Under direct supervision of senior or principal auditor, conducts moderately complex internal audits. Assist in developing formal written reports to communicate audit results to management and makes recommendations as appropriate. Executes internal audits within established timelines. Assist in the preparation of audit programs and identification of risks to be evaluated. Communicate findings and recommendations to Internal Audit management.


  • Work with process owners to update key SOX documentation and assist in identifying key controls
  • Assist in developing work programs for testing of SOX key controls and assist in executing testing
  • Assist in communicating control deficiencies and assist process owners in developing action plans
  • Assist in performing testing for financial, operational and compliance audits
  • Assist in providing updates to external auditors for key SOX processes owned by internal audit
  • Provide timely updates on the status of testing to audit management
  • 15-20% International travel

Job Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree required (accounting or finance preferred)
  • CPA, CIA and/or CISA certification preferred (or actively seeking professional certification)
  • Minimum of 2 years general accounting/audit experience required
  • General understanding of various back-office and financial reporting functions, including use of appropriate auditing techniques to confirm data integrity
  • Intermediate knowledge of auditing practices and standards, trends, and best practices
  • Technology industry experience preferred
  • Must be self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote work environment
