Job Description

A role that specifically supports Sabre’s Enterprise Accounts with respect to their GDS Media requirements in order to drive more bookings through the Sabre GDS.    

 

Duties:

  • Working directly with the Enterprise Account’s Media Team, developing media campaign proposals, providing pricing, contracts, both at corporate and property level.
  • Work with the Senior Campaign Manager assigned to the same account ensuring effective process and communication on the delivery of campaigns
  • Ensure the enterprise account manage and exceed revenue spend goal as part of their Sabre TN contractual obligations
  • Work with Sabre TN to provide regular monthly campaign reports and take responsibility for maintaining and adding value add to all elements of customer reporting, including customization, newly developed report needs, and suggesting relevant enhancements
  • Chair regular calls with the media team of the Enterprise account to discuss current and future campaigns, deliver results, make recommendations for changes etc.
  • Ensuring internal systems relevant to GDS Media, ie Salesforce, Operative One, Media Portal are fully updated.
  • Effectively works with the Enterprise Account to target potential campaign opportunities based on available analytics
  • Manage the Hotel Marketing email box specifically for the enterprise account
  • Monitors media products performance and provides the customer with recommendations for optimization
  • Establishes positive relationships with customers and accounts in order to solidify renewal opportunities
  • Works toward mutual goals and objectives

Job Requirements

EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree or equivalent and solid industry experience in hospitality and/or GDS.

 

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS: 

  • 10 years-experience within the travel/hospitality industry specifically with GDS experience
  • A versatile management professional
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment on multiple projects
  • Excellent communication skills with senior team members both internally and externally as well relationship building skills
  • Internally motivated and goal driven
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Process oriented and attention to detail
  • Understanding of travel distribution and Sabre technology
  • Advanced computer software skills.  Proficient in:  Sabre GDS, Salesforce, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and MS Excel.
