Job Description

As the Senior Principal, Organization & Talent Development, you will be a key member of the OTD team that is chartered with all aspects of talent and organization strategies including: talent management, performance management, development, inclusion and engagement, change management, learning and assessment. The primary focus of this role will be to design and implement our leadership development strategy and curricula focusing on all levels of people leadership. You will partner with key business leaders and the People Team to assess business needs and deploy effective leadership development solutions. 

 

Responsibilities:
Serve as an expert in leadership development strategies and techniques. This role will shape the leadership agenda for the company from defining leader expectations to assessment to curricula design to program implementation. The role must be able to partner effectively with senior leaders, members of the People team and peers within the OTD team. The role will shape an effective leadership development strategy that includes a combination of off-the-shelf and custom solutions. Leadership is a main area of focus for the company as we continue to evolve our culture and business model.
 

Job Requirements

Education:

  • Master's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Organization Development, Talent Management or I/O Psychology required

 

Experience:

  • 10+ years of demonstrated experience in organization development/effectiveness, talent management, leadership development and internal company business consulting 
  • Deep proficiency in pragmatically applying organization development theories, philosophies and methods to develop solutions addressing leadership development needs
  • Ability to design curricula and content, assesses and coach at the executive level and facilitate in the classroom and virtually
  • Able to collaborate effectively and thrive in an ambiguous and constantly changing environment
  • Experience working in a global environment across a matrixed organization
