Job Description

Located at Sabre Headquarters in Southlake, the Consulting Director will lead our consulting talent in the NAM and LAC regions. Annual targets will be defined and measured on an on-going basis to ensure the productivity of the team and Sabre ROI are maximized. Responsibilities include ownership of the process to curate prospective engagements from sales leaders and appropriately prioritize them based on the greatest value (direct or indirect) to Sabre. This role will be expected to also lead and deliver consulting engagements as an active member of the team.  If you are interested in challenging work and leading one of the brightest teams at Sabre then this role is right for you.

Job Requirements

Desired Skills & Experiences


  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; MBA would be an advantage


  • Minimum 10 years related experience
  • Proven track record of effectively interacting with senior management both internal and external
  • Management Consulting background highly preferred
  • Travel/Sabre experience preferred
  • People management experience preferred
  • International business experience preferred


  • Work collaboratively across departments - sales, product, delivery, strategy, etc
  • Define a high standard of quality and influence multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly analytical and action-oriented
  • Strong problem-solving abilities at scale
  • Effectively manage time and delegate work to team members
  • Mentor the careers of more junior team members
