Job Description
  • Serve as primary business analysis and financial support partner for Senior Vice Presidents managing functional organizations within Airline Solutions, including Marketing & Solutions Management, Delivery & Care, and Product Development
  • Manage a team of analysts whose primary purpose is to provide leadership with reporting, analysis, and intelligence to support decision-making in pursuit of achieving the financial plan and long-term strategy
  • Partner with leaders to drive financial health of the business through P&L analysis, resource management, cost containment, and evaluation of opportunities for future growth, including analysis of new product lines and M&A opportunities
  • Guide leaders and teams on actions to be taken when not achieving expected financial results
  • Maintain full accountability for business financial results 
  • Fully understand the product portfolio to contribute to the growth strategy of the business
  • Support annual investment prioritization process and ensure alignment among the different functional organizations
  • Track, oversee, report and prioritize initiatives to ensure progress and successful completion
  • Facilitate and lead large financial projects across multiple teams and/or functional areas
  • Serve as the business focal point assisting Sabre Finance as they create accurate and informed plans, forecasts, and multiyear outlooks 
Job Requirements

Education and Experience: 

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Master's degree preferred
  • Minimum 8 years related experience
  • Minimum 5 years supervisory experience

Skills and Knowledge:

  • Strong financial skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced computer software skills
  • Ability to lead and direct a team of analysts
  • Ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously
