Job Description

 

Desktop Support Technician providing support with Windows10 migration and troubleshooting on tickets escalated from the Service Desk staff regarding IT issues with windows 10, also walkups needing assistance, basic network (WAN, LAN and wireless) troubleshooting, and active directory and Exchange administrative activities. This role will be working primarily in the HUB which is a customer walk in location at our HDQ campus where we provide support our employees, troubleshooting mobile devices, laptops and software Windows 7, Windows  10,and apple products. Will be responsible for logging and managing tickets. Will provide proactive support in the form of knowledge base articles and user training.

Job Requirements

 

Preferred Education:

Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree with a graduation date after August 2019 in computer science or similar program.

 

Preferred Experience:

Great Communication & Interpersonal Skills
Proficient computer software skills
Collaboration & working in teams
