Job Description

We are actively searching for individuals who would be interested in working 2nd shift (2pm-11pm).There is a 10% shift differential in base pay (increase pay rate for afternoon shifts). There is great bonus potential and benefits including Paid Time Off!

  • Engage with potential and existing guest  inquiries to provide hotel reservation and guest services in a sales based position
  • Drive hotel revenue for our customers by successfully offering appropriate products based on callers requests and needs
  • Assist with all caller’s requests including modifications and cancellations of existing reservations.
  • Leverage multiple applications to service guest inquiries

 

*Full time Candidates must be able to work an 8 hour shift  (each shift has a 45 minute unpaid meal break).

*Candidates must be able to work any days of the week including both weekend days.

*We require a 2-3 week mandatory training 

 

* Part time Candidates must be able to work a 5 hour shift / 5 days a week (each shift has a 45 minute unpaid meal break).

Job Requirements

EDUCATION:

  • HS diploma or equivalent (GED) is required
  • College degree or industry related program certifications preferred

 

EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum 1 year of related experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written skills, time management, and deductive reasoning required
  • Fluency in Spanish a plus (Spanish shifts specifically available)
  • Prior experience in hospitality (hotel) industry a plus
  • Prior experience in customer service/sales positions a plus
