Job Description

Working on the Sabre Corporate IT Digital Workplace Infrastructure Services Engineering and Architecture team will give you opportunities to develop your technical, business, interpersonal and intercultural skills. We have opportunities to develop technical, leadership, planning and project management skills. You will have an opportunity to own, cooperate and coordinate tasks with a committed team, working in modern technologies (Windows 10, SCCM, Office 365, Intune, JAMF, EWS, Azure, Jabber etc.) from core back-end platform components Scrum and Agile development, performance tuning, design and maintenance are just only a few areas you can master being part of the team.

 

 

GENERAL DESCRIPTION: Under general supervision, the Office 365/Azure Intern will contribute to a wide variety of projects in support of the Personal Technology roadmap.  Works under the direction of senior leadership and reports to the Manager of Digital Workplace Infrastructure. 

Job Requirements

PREFERRED EDUCATION: Currently purusing a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, or equivalent, with a graduation date after August 2019.

 

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: Minimum 1 year experience in area of specialization.

  • Serve as a technical resource for Microsoft Office 365 products and the desktop operating system
  • Provide troubleshooting steps and operational documentation to the global operations team
  • Maintain Office 365 licensing, maintain documentation for Office 365 processes and procedures
  • Monitoring system performance and changes in the environment
  • Troubleshoot to detect and solve technical problems, installs, and updates required on hardware and software
  • Review current technologies, tools, and services and make recommendations for their use based on security, financial, and operational criteria
  • Perform routine maintenance on systems per requirements
