Job Description

Are you a motivated and energetic individual who thrives in a dynamic environment? Are you excited to work and manage multiple projects that reflect a global B2B travel brand? Can you engage a user’s eye with a headline, design attractive sales presentations, build a brand through its content and collateral?


Qualified candidates will have strong and effective communication skills, be highly self-motivated, and manage multiple projects. The candidate must be detail oriented, have experience in proof-reading and writing content for product marketing, sales presentations, corporate websites, videos, social media, and campaigns.


This candidate should be able to collaborate with product marketers, channel marketers, public relations, freelancers, legal, and sales. Be able to brainstorm and propose creative concepts; research and analyze results to present findings and ideate solutions that increase strategic results; manage projects from concept to completion remotely.



This role is part of the Hospitality Solutions Marketing Team and will work within the business unit with various stakeholders, across the business with the corporate marketing team, and externally to partner with our freelance team. Main responsibilities will include:

  • Develop product marketing content and collateral in support of marketing toolkit and campaigns including web, social, video, events
  • Write, edit, and accurately proofread copy for creative concepts and promotional materials
  • Design content and collateral within the Corporate Brand identity
  • Ensure that the Sabre brand and identity is adhered in campaigns and communication channels
  • Manage the procedure, implementation, tracking and measurement of team KPIs. Present data results and propose possible improvements

Job Requirements



•    Bachelor's degree in Communications, English, Marketing Communication, Advertising, or equivalent experience
•    Strong portfolio demonstrating well-rounded knowledge of communication, writing and design principles and techniques



•    Excellent verbal, written, and design communication skills
•    3+ years of writing for digital and presentation formats, i.e., websites, social media, sales presentations, sales collateral
•    3+ years managing projects/campaigns
•    Ability to prioritize projects, work effectively with stakeholders, and complete tasks by meeting timelines and goals
•    Excellent grasp of marketing, product management, and sales concepts
•    Ability to think and plan strategically to ensure success in a fast-paced environment
•    Ability to work well independently and collaborate effectively with a team
•    Self-motivated and self-driven to collaborate and drive change in a studio environment.
•    Ability to quickly translate brainstorming discussions and big picture ideas into relevant creative visuals
•    Ability to actively engage with content and colleagues to tell a story
•    Ability to accept and implement feedback with precision to improve your work
•    Ability to identify and procure information and resources needed to complete a task
•    Strong attention to detail, consistency across channels and platforms, version control
•    Technical proficiency with the following software:
o    MS Office Suite, especially PowerPoint
o    Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign
